Handcrafted Chocolate Bars, Including the Dubai-Style Pista Crunch

These are bars with something to say. Each begins as Belgian chocolate, tempered and poured in small batches in Aldie, Virginia, then filled or finished with an ingredient that earns its place.

Pista Crunch is our version of the viral Dubai chocolate bar: pistachio cream and toasted kataifi wrapped in chocolate. Lotus Crunch keeps the crunch and swaps in Biscoff cream. Nutty Nirvana leans on macadamia and hazelnut, Cacao Brew on roasted nibs and coffee, Blissed Berry on four fruits over dark chocolate. Crisp Pearls, Waffle Crisp, Cookie Craze, Snack Attack and Coconut Island cover the rest of the cravings.
