Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Mango Creek experience. Because our products are handmade, and many are made to be eaten or used on skin, we have set the following guidelines for returns and refunds.

14-Day Return Window

Unused candles and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email hello@mangocreek.net with your order number before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Chocolate and all edible items: For food safety reasons, these cannot be returned for any reason.
• Used candles: Once a candle has been lit, it cannot be returned.
• Body care products: Body care, including soaps, lotions, lip care and men's grooming, is final sale.
• Personalized and custom orders: Anything made to a specific request.

If Something Is Not Right

If an order arrives damaged or melted, or a product is not what you expected, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right. Email us at hello@mangocreek.net with your order number and, for damaged or melted items, clear photos. Please contact us as soon as your order arrives.

Return Shipping

For any product accepted for return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
