Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Mango Creek experience. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible products. To be eligible, items must be in their original state—unused, un-broken, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Chocolate & Perishables: For food safety reasons, chocolate cannot be returned for any reason.
  • Body Care Products: These items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Any items made to specific request.

Damaged or Melted Goods

If your chocolate or body care products arrive damaged or melted during transit, please contact us immediately. To process a claim, email us at hello@mangocreek.net with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

For any products accepted for return (non-perishables in original condition), the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
