All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. If your order includes chocolate, it ships Monday through Wednesday only to ensure it arrives in good condition without sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend.

We ship all orders via UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and handling. Shipping Monday through Wednesday ensures your order reaches you before the weekend, rather than sitting in a warehouse where temperature fluctuations could affect quality.

All chocolate products including bonbons, bark, and marshmallows are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of the shipment date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Candles and body care products have a shelf life of 12 months from the production date.

Yes. You can add a handwritten gift note to any order for an additional $2. We do not offer gift wrapping on standard orders, but all products arrive neatly packaged and presentation-ready. Custom and corporate orders include full presentation packaging.

We have a core selection of 9 curated gift boxes that pair products from both brands. Every gift box can also be fully customized in terms of products, packaging, scent, and messaging. Reach out to us at hello@mangocreek.net to build something specific.

Creek Coins are our loyalty currency, earned on every order you place across both Mango Creek and Seemi's Confections. Coins are redeemable on future purchases. Gather and Glow subscription members earn bonus coins each month on top of their regular order earnings.

Yes. Every product from Seemi's Confections is halal by default. This is not a special designation or add-on. It is simply how we make everything, every batch.

We use Callebaut Belgian couverture chocolate across all of our products. Callebaut is a premium Belgian chocolate used by professional chocolatiers worldwide. It is what gives our bonbons, bark, and confections their clean snap and smooth finish.

Yes. Our marshmallows are made with halal beef gelatin, not pork-derived gelatin, making them suitable for halal diets. Please note they are not suitable for vegan or vegetarian diets due to the animal-derived gelatin.

Many of our products contain or may contain dairy, nuts, soy, and gluten. All products are made in our home kitchen where these ingredients are present. If you have a specific allergy concern, please reach out before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Do not refrigerate. Bonbons, bark, and marshmallows are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of shipment at room temperature between 65 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit.

We use 100% US-grown soy wax across all Mango Creek candles. Soy wax burns cleaner and longer than paraffin and is a renewable resource. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches in Aldie, Virginia using cotton wicks.

All of our fragrance oils are IFRA certified, phthalate free, and toxin free. We also use therapeutic grade essential oils throughout our collections. We do not use anything we wouldn't be comfortable burning in our own home.

We formulate our body care and men's grooming products with organic ingredients where possible. Our products contain no synthetic preservatives, and our sprays are alcohol free. Therapeutic grade essential oils are used throughout. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel before extinguishing. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle. Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch before each use and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Almost everything. For candles: scent, vessel, label design, and packaging. For chocolate: flavors, collections, box configuration, and packaging. For gift sets: product mix, ribbon, tissue, greeting card, and outer box. We can also incorporate additional items such as branded merchandise or specialty foods into any order. If you have a vision, bring it to us.

All custom projects require a minimum of 4 weeks lead time from order confirmation. For larger or more complex projects, we strongly recommend reaching out 6 weeks in advance to allow time for consultation, sampling, and production. Holiday and Eid season slots fill early.

The Handoff is our white glove gifting service. You send us a recipient list and we handle everything: product curation, handwritten notes, packaging, and shipping. Labels are generated with your name and address so every gift arrives as if it came directly from you.

Yes. Weddings, Eid celebrations, baby showers, and corporate events are some of our favorite projects. We work with you on quantities, presentation, and packaging to make sure the favor reflects the occasion. Reach out early as event orders have the same 4 to 6 week lead time.

We keep our minimums low and work with each client based on their actual needs and budget. Gift boxes start around $50 per box not including shipping. Email us at hello@mangocreek.net and we will put together the right program for you.

Gather and Glow is our monthly subscription program. Choose from a chocolate-only box or a combined candle and chocolate experience. Every box is curated by us, made in small batches, and shipped with the same care we give every single order. Shipping is always included.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. We do not lock you in or make it difficult to manage your plan.

Monthly billing charges you each month at the standard rate. Annual billing gives you 13 boxes for the price of 12, plus 500 bonus Creek Coins on signup. You can see the effective monthly rate by selecting Annual in the billing toggle on the subscription page.

Yes. Gather and Glow subscribers earn Creek Coins on every box, on top of the coins earned from any other orders they place. Annual subscribers also receive 500 bonus Creek Coins at signup. The more you subscribe, the more you earn.

We do not accept returns on food or personal care products for safety reasons. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out to us at hello@mangocreek.net and we will make it right. That is our commitment.
