We use the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on—think natural oils, botanicals, and clean fragrances. While not everything is certified organic, everything is thoughtfully sourced and always free from parabens, phthalates, and sulfates.

Never. Our products are tested on family, not furballs. We’re 100% cruelty-free, and proud of it.

The Scent Library is your one-stop fragrance guide. We’ve organized all of our candles into easy-to-browse categories like Floral, Fruity, Gourmand, Earthy, Woody, and more. Whether you’re craving cozy, fresh, sultry, or sweet—you’ll find your next favorite there.

7. What makes your candles different?
Our candles are made with creamy soy wax, clean-burning cotton wicks, and phthalate-free, toxin-free fragrances. Each scent is a custom blend, inspired by our travels and stories from around the globe—uniquely crafted and exclusive to Mango Creek. We’re pretty confident you’ll discover one (or five) you’ll fall head-over-heels for.

8. How long do your candles burn?
Depending on the size—and with a little care and love—our candles burn anywhere from 20 to 40+ hours. For best results, check out our Candle Care page and learn how to get the most out of every flicker.

9. Are your linen sprays safe for skin and pets?
Yes! Our sprays are alcohol-free, skin-safe, and non-toxic, made with IFRA-certified fragrance oils. They’re perfect for spritzing everything from pillowcases to car seats.

Absolutely. Welcome to The Design Bar—our creative playground for one-of-a-kind gifts and custom creations. Whether you’re planning a wedding, curating a corporate thank-you, or just want something personal, we’ll bring your vision to life with custom scents, packaging, and thoughtful touches.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping or handwritten notes?
We sure do—and we do it with flair. Choose from three beautiful card designs at checkout, and we’ll handwrite your message with love. Every order already feels like a gift, but we’re happy to dress it up even more!

12. What’s your shipping policy?
We ship via USPS and UPS, usually within 2–4 business days of receiving your order. Shipping is free on orders $75+, and you’ll get tracking info once your package is headed your way.
Note: During warmer months, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to help protect your goodies from the heat. Nobody likes melted candles—or body butter soup.

13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S.—but if you’re outside the country and really want something, reach out! We’ll see what we can do.

14. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are handmade and many are personal care items, we don’t accept returns. But if something arrives damaged or you’re unhappy for any reason, reach out—we’re real people and want to make it right.
