Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mango Creek! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Special Conditions for Chocolate

Important: To ensure the quality of our confections, orders containing chocolate will only ship Monday through Wednesday. This prevents chocolate from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend. If this schedule does not work for your needs, please contact us prior to ordering.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States only.
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $8.00 for UPS Ground.
• Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping within the continental US for all orders over $80.00.
• Carriers: We primarily ship via UPS, and in certain cases, USPS.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship overseas. If you have an international inquiry, please contact us at hello@mangocreek.net.

Damages & Issues

Mango Creek is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the carrier is at fault. However, if your order arrives melted or damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
