Is there a minimum order?
Minimums vary depending on the product and complexity, but most custom orders start at 12–24 units. We’ll confirm all the details once we understand your needs.
How long does a custom order take?
On average, please allow 3–6 weeks for design, production, and fulfillment. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability.
Can I customize the scent and packaging?
Absolutely. You can choose from our existing scent library or we can create a custom blend just for you. Packaging can also be fully customized, from labels to gift wrapping.
